How quickly do you respond to IT problems?

Critical issues are prioritised immediately. Our target response time for critical incidents is within 2 hours during supported hours. For non-critical issues, we respond within agreed SLA timeframes. You'll always know what to expect.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. All our managed IT support plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts. You can change your service tier or cancel with one calendar month's notice. We earn your business every month.

What areas do you cover for on-site support?
